At Afterlife, we respect your right to privacy and allow you to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This policy outlines how users can request deletion of their data and how we process such requests.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Afterlife account and all associated data through either of the following methods:

  • Via the Afterlife App: Go to Settings > Delete Account

  • Via Email: Send a request to support@myafterlife.in from your registered email address

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete the following:

  • Your user profile and login credentials

  • All documents and data stored in your vault

  • Assignment settings, scheduled messages, and delivery triggers

  • Device and app usage logs

  • KYC and verification data

  • Remaining unused tokens, if any

3. Timeline for Deletion

Data deletion will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

4. Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited information for:

  • Legal or regulatory compliance (e.g., tax records)

  • Fraud detection or misuse investigation
    Such data will be securely stored and inaccessible for any active use.
